Admin Services

We assist clients with anything within business admin like filling, booking appointments, data entry, quoting and invoicing, follow up with clients, preparing documents, emailing, etc. Some of the services will be tasks that the client does not have time or staff for.  Other tasks may be things that the client just does not have the desire to do.  Either way, we will assist clients with a wide range of tasks.

Once the client has booked one of our services we then send and administrator to the client’s office to assist with whatever task assigned.

A few things we can assist with:

1.Managing your client’s calendar/schedule
2. Building or managing databases (of contacts, for example)
3. Booking appointments and calls
4. Making travel arrangements
5. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
6. File management – Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
7. Data entry
8. Drafting letters, emails, internal communication, etc.
9. Preparing agendas
10. Sending cards/gifts (for holidays, thank you’s, milestone events, etc.)
11. Setting up spreadsheets
12.Co-coordinating Events

17. Following up on orders, inquiries, etc.
18. Chasing outstanding payments
19. Updating member records
20. Inviting/approving requests to join a membership community (e.g. Facebook)
